Phone Orders Orders are accepted 24 hours a day toll free at (800) 267-6141 via a automated phone system. We encourage electronic commerce. This allows us to offer the lowest possible prices . Standard business hours are M-F 8 am. to 5 pm CST.

	Payment		We accept payment for email, fax and phone orders with only Visa or Mastercard. Charges are for the product and a flat $6.25 handling fee. Freight is free. You recieve a detailed sales invoice with the shipment. Billings are in U.S. dollars. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information.

	Shipping		Product is shipped FREIGHT FREE (continental U.S. only) within 24 hours of receipt. In-stock rates are high. We do not accept back orders. Shipment is via standard UPS ground service unless specified. Outside continetal U.S. shipment is via U.S. Postal Priority Mail, your are billed the cost.

	Guarantee		If not completely satisfied with any item, contact us for a complete refund. Herb n Horse pays return freight charges resulting from our error or your dissatisfaction. The customer will pay return freight on all misordered product. Credit will be issued upon receipt.

	Safety		By ordering, you the customer, accept full responsibility that the product will be used in a rational, informed, humane manner. Illness or negative reactions can occur from excessive consumption or individual horse sensitivites. If in doubt seek qualified expert advice before feeding any herb to your horse.
